2011 $25,000 FOOTBALL ELIMINATION CONTEST

For each week of the contest, Make ONE selection from the contest card provided. Selection must be made prior to kick off of the game selected. Contestants with winning selections for the current week continue to the next week. Winner is determined when all but one entrant has been eliminated. Winning selection is the straight-up winner of the game - no point spread. Selected team must win the game; if the game ends in a tie, selection is considered a loss. Contestant may choose any team any week, regardless of previous selections. The Last Fan Standing contest will commerce on Thursday, September 8, 2011, or on the earliest subsequent date that has scheduled regualr-season NFL games. No entries will be accepted after kick-off of the games on Monday, September 12, 2011 (or whenever Week 1 games are under way). The contest will continue each week through Super Bowl XLVI (regardless of date played) or until there is a single remaining winner. Prize pool is "winner take all" if there is only one winner. If multiple remaining entrants are simultaneously eliminated in the same week, then the prize pool will be divded equally. Any entry with no valid selection during any week is eliminated. Only selections on the computer-generated receipt are official. Selections marked on the contest cards and/or stubs have no value and are not valid for official results. In case of a game time change,all selections made before kickoff have action. No selections may be made after kickoff. Every effort is made to print correct game times on the contest cards, but it is the responsibility of the contestant to make selections before kickoff regardless of the game time printed on the card. In case of a date change, as long as a gmae is played on any day of the originally scheduled NFL weekend (Thursday through Monday), then all selections have actions. Otherwise, the game is considered cancelled. In case of a cancelled game, selections for that game will be closed as soon as the cancellation is known. Selections already made for the cancelled game will be graded as winner and entrant will advance. Contestant must be at least 21 years old to enter and must present valid identification. Employees of Peppermill Casinos, Inc are eligible to enter EXCEPT for Director level and above and employees of the Sports Books at any PCI properties. Management may modify the rules or cancel this contest at any time or exclude any contestant at its discretion. All decisions of the Sports Book Director are final. entries are not transferable and not refundable. Taxes are the responsibility of the contestant.
