What is the Passport Club?
The Passport Club is a generous reward program which allows guests to earn Comp Dollars and Passport Points while playing Slots, Tables Games, Keno, Sports Books, and Poker.
How do I get a Passport Card?
Please visit one of the Passport Booths (yellow booths) to get a Passport Card. Return guests may use their card from a previous trip. Any Passport Booth can replace lost, or request additional, cards.
Why should I use my Passport Card?
Aside from the generous comps you earn, we will also send additional valuable offers. These may range from "Free Play" cash coupons to Free Suite upgrades and Special Event invitations.
Can I Use the same Passport Card for each Casino?
Yes. Your Passport card can be used to track your play and redeem comps at all three casinos.
How do I use my Passport Card while playing games?
Slots - Insert your Passport card into the reader attached to every slot machine. A welcome and card accepted message will appear. Remember to leave your card inserted during play and only remove your card when finished. If you play more than one machine at a time, visit any Passport Booth for additional cards.
Table Games - Show your Passport card to the dealer. $5 minimum average bet required. Pit tracking may take up to 48 hours to post to your Passport account.
Keno & Sports Book - Show your Passport card to the writer before placing your bet.
Poker - Swipe your Passport card at the kiosk located in each poker room prior to play. Remember to swipe out at the same kiosk at the end of your Poker session.
What are the different Card Levels in the Passport Club?
How do I earn Comps?
Slots - Every $115 in Coin-In will earn approximately $1 in Comps.*
Table Games - A $25 average bet for one hour will earn approximately $7 in Comps.*
Keno - Every $10 bet will earn approximately $.40 in Comps.*
Sports Book - Every $100 bet will earn approximately $1.08 in Comps.*
Poker - Earn $1 in Comps for every hour played.*
How do I redeem my Comp Dollars and Passport Points?
There are two ways to redeem rewards. The easiest is to visit any Passport Booth to have your PIN number activated for using self comp.* Self-comp works like a debit card: at any outlet give your card to the cashier and enter your PIN. The amount will be deducted from your comp balance. Or visit any Passport Booth to receive a comp slip.
How do I find out my Comp balance?
Visit any Passport Booth for your current Comp Dollar and Passport
Point balance.
Can I use Comps or Passport Points to pay for future flights?
Yes. You may use Comp Dollars or Passport Points to pay for future MAX flight reservations. You must have the full balance of the ticket price in order to use Comp Dollars and Passport Points. If you have earned enough points to pay for a future flight, you will receive a comp letter approximately 10 days after your original departure date.
