General Guidelines
If you have a heart condition, diabetes, are taking mediation or have high or low blood pressure consult with a doctor before using spa facilities. Intoxicated patrons are not permitted To avoid burning, remove all jewelry during heat treatments. Proper footware is required in fitness area. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

What if I have special health problems?
Just notify the spa receptionist before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities or if you are pregnant.

May I request a male or female therapist?
Yes, but we can not guarantee the availability of the particular therapist or gender.

What should I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. Undergarments may be worn if preferred.

Is there a minimum age to get a treatment?
All spa guest must be at least 21 years of age. Salon services are available for all ages.

What about my jewelry and valuables?
Montego Bay does not assume any liability for personal items. We do provide lockers for your convenience.

Should men shave before a facial?
Shaving isn’t necessary, but recommended. If you shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

What about payment for spa services?
We accept all major credit cards and travelers checks. You may also charge spa services to your hotel account or use your comp points.

How do I make reservations?
