Working out in our luxurious fitness center with Life Fitness equipment is a treat for both body and well-being. Visit the Fitness Center at the Montego Bay, offering a variety of cardio and strength training equipment. Enjoy relaxing poolside views while you exercise.
The Montego Bay Fitness Center is available to any guest of the Rainbow, Peppermill or Montego Bay Resorts. Masks required.
Fitness Center open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM.
